Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to clean the board(s) or utensils?

No. We appreciate a good rinse if possible, but your dishwasher damages our items. Please return the utensils in the container provided upon delivery/pickup. Please wipe the board off with a dry towel, if possible, before it is dropped off at Oak St. or picked up by TSS.

  • If I opt for pickup, how soon do I have to return the board?

Boards, bowls, and utensils are expected to be returned within 48 hours unless other arrangements are made. There will be a 20% charge of the total invoice for lost or damaged items.

  • If I opt for delivery & pickup, how soon will TSS return for the board?

Same as pickup. We will return within 48 hours of the event and discuss times prior to delivery. There will be a 20% charge of the total invoice for lost or damaged items.

  • How much time do you require for any custom board(s)?

We require a week’s notice for any board that appears on the Boards & Inquiry Page. Events that are 75+ people require two week’s notice. A 20% rush fee will incur if board is requested without proper notice.

  • Do I need to place a deposit?

    Any order over $500 requires a 25%, non-refundable deposit.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer payment via the link attached to the invoice. We understand this is not always possible and will accept cash or checks with prior approval.

  • Can you replicate something I saw online or something I don't see on your website?

Absolutely! We are all over social media ourselves and are familiar with that cute reel you saw. We have done weddings, tea parties, baby showers, paint & sips, floral workshops, and more… so we are always looking for the next best thing!

  • I have an outdoor wedding and no way to keep the charcuterie cool. What can we do?

We have done our best to make our boards and tables look fantastic AND stay that way. We use automatic fly fans and can provide a canopy for an additional $100 set up fee for weddings. In many cases, the wedding party has an event coordinator and a designated area is already assigned. The Myrtle Grazing Table and other grazing tables will be made on sight. According to the Idaho Food Safety Exam, perishables can be left out for up to 4 hours at room temperature before it has to be disposed. We highly recommend a shaded area.

  • Do you stay and cater?

We do not stay and refill items on your board. We create them to be the perfect ratio and all crackers, meats, cheeses, and filler will compliment one another.

*Exceptions can be made for certain grazing tables and events

  • Do you provide plates, napkins, or individual utensils?

We provide serving utensils for all custom boards; individual plates, wooden picks, napkins, disposable, wooden utensils, and more can be provided if discussed, but are not included.
